Tutorial Monday

January was a very successful month for Christmas Through The Year.  Darlene and I were so excited with the turnout!  Speaking of Darlene …we all are hoping that flu bug gets the heck out of your house soon!!
So here we go with011 February.  This month’s giveaway is a Gadget Bucket for your sewing goodies. To be in the running to win this, all you have to do is make a Christmas gift this month.  Then at the end of the month Darlene will post a Mr. Linky where you can enter a link to your gift. A winner will be picked from this list of names.  The bucket is a 2 lb. coffee can so it holds quite a bit.  There are pockets around all sides.008  Here’s the one I use, filled to the brim!  Wishing I was a better photographer..the picture doesn’t do it justice!

I am so excited to share the following tutorials with all of you.   Everyone has been so nice about letting me use their photos, with links to their tutorials.   If you do decide to make a project from one of these tuts, please give credit to the maker with a link back to their site!   So here we go!!!
From Pam Kitty Morning there’s this wonderful c1 pot holder tutorial.  In case you haven’t checked it out, here’s a peek at her beautiful new line of fabric.  OMW…stinkin’ cute!
Sandra, at Sew in Peace has this reallyDSC_0065 cute snowman mug rug tutorial, and Jodi from Pleasant Home has a sweet tree mug rug  tutorial.        5118125481_b564748e30
Betty Lou at Sugarland Quilts made these cute DSC02802 Christmas Tree napkins using a tutorial from Lyn Brown.   Tisha from Stamp, Stitch and Swizzle Stix has a really cute tissue holder tutorial.untitled  Having the sniffles wouldn’t be nearly as bad if you had this I am sure!!!
Kate from Needle and Spatula came up with this really cute quilted wine 189854940511178832_wrwMUlJM_b

Catcher Caddy.  How handy to have your tools right at the ironing board!
Val Spiers has this 6767754223_6b631d4365_z really cute triangle container tutorial over at her blog.  So many uses for this …such a clever idea!!
Now no pressure here, but Carol at Carol’s Crafty Creations has her February gift done.  Click here for a look.  Me, well that’s another story….I’m still in the thinking stage!  Wishing you a great start to your week!!
